- Knowledge about the IPS Adjustment process.
- Knowledge about the head part replacement process.
- Knowledge about Syringes changes the process.
- online head exchange process and issue handling.
- Problem solving & Root cause analysis .
- Knowledge about how to MT reset process .
- Part inventory and purchase process.
- Skilled operate all equipment of SMT mobile workshop mounting line, solve the SMT equipment common problem, maintenance and program modification.
- Improve product quality and improve the SMT production process
- Research and Production of equipment technology
- Programming and debugging of Fuji Flexa
- Familiar with MPM printer and analyze defects.
- Good knowledge about the MES software
- Window installation and troubleshoot the software error
- Debugging of the program and making the new library for VI teach AOI
- Debugging of the program and making the new library for Jutze AOI
