Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer – OQC with 5–8 years of experience in the electronics industry, specializing in products such as TWS, Neckband, Headphones, Bluetooth Speakers, and Party Speakers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that outgoing products meet established quality standards and customer requirements, identifying and resolving quality issues, and driving continuous improvement in the production process.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) process for finished products, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and implement OQC procedures and guidelines for TWS, Notebooks, Headphones, and Bluetooth Speakers.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality and production efficiency.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Provide technical guidance and training to quality inspectors and production staff.
• Lead customer audits and manage customer feedback related to product quality.
• Ensure alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO, RoHS, CE) and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. 5–8 years of experience in OQC or Quality Engineering within the electronics manufacturing industry.
2. Strong background in consumer electronics, especially TWS, Notebooks, Headphones, and Bluetooth Speakers.
3. Experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC, CAPA).
4. Proficiency in using testing and inspection equipment for electronics products.
5. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards (ISO, CE, RoHS).
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with ODM/OEM manufacturers.
• Knowledge of wireless communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi).
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
